Sovereignty and Acknowledgement of our Animal Self

Magna Carta (copied from the Magna Carta project website)
38 No bailiff is in future to put anyone to law by his accusation alone, without trustworthy witnesses being brought in for this.
39 No free man is to be arrested, or imprisoned, or disseised, or outlawed, or exiled, or in any other way ruined, nor will we go against him or send against him, except by the lawful judgment of his peers or by the law of the land.

This clause is not about democracy as many presently believe. It is about Sovereignty and collective-sovereign respect of each other's Sovereignty.
To assess this as a meaning or origin for democracy is to put freedom under law = legitimised slavery.
I understand this translation:
I, a self-declared Sovereign (I have this capacity to declare because I am Sovereign), provided I choose to understand the following as a law which governs my kingdom (the human physical body I possess which I deem be named or unnamed) am not to harm other Sovereigns willfully; If I do, I am subject to the collective judgement of other Sovereigns who by their collective-will decide or create the law or non-law which governs me.
At present, the law is 'understood' (stood under) by slaves believing they are sovereign (believing they have the capacity for freewill); that Is, law made by a parliament under the veil of 'democracy'. This pseudo-democracy is largely controlled by inhibitions unknown to the pseudo-sovereign who are conditioned from childhood through the media and socially acceptable behaviour, using the animal-mind or group-mind, filling it with convenient pre-recorded options, to provide the impression free-will exists.
To enforce true democracy now, is to enforce the conditioning already preset in the sub-conscious mind of the slave majority as law. The masters maintain their status only by the consent of the slave. The slave majority presently understand laws and masters as unchangeable parameters.
Fear of Death sits at the bottom of the control mechanism.
We are animals, herded as animals, trained as animals, made to believe we are more than animal - therefore we fail to see the capacity to which we are controlled because our territorial self, our arrogance, our ego, is linked to an irrational heightened sense of self worth that has been trained into us since birth.
We must acknowledge the earth before we can stand on it knowingly -- then we can use it as a steady reference for seeing and acting on real reality -- a co-subjective fusion of sovereign identity.
I am a human physical body.
I breathe.
